- Payment upon check in date = The first and one month advanced rental fee plus one month security deposit (Refundable).

- Special discount for yearly rate are available on required basis.

- Additional electricity charge at 8 Baht /Unit.
- Water charge – minimum charge 250 Baht for 5 Cubic Metres. ( More than 5 Cubic Metres, rate 30 Baht / Cubic Metre )
